Set up your store and choose how you will get paid.

Add as many products as you wish. There is no listing fee.

Key Points

It is completely free to add your products to Safoowa. We (GirlTable, Inc.) take a 5% commission of the total price paid by the customer (including for shipping) once an item is purchased. Stripe, Inc. (payment processor) also has a standard transaction processing fee which is usually 2.9% + 30 cents.

You set your own shipping, returns, and refund policies, and must state them clearly in your Vendor Dashboard. You must add shipping fees in your Vendor Dashboard so buyers know exactly how much they are to pay for their order (at checkout). You handle any issues regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges, just as you would in your own physical store.

You are responsible for remitting any required sales tax to your government. If you are new to selling products, please review the sales tax thresholds and requirements of your local government.

Safoowa employs a tax inclusive pricing mechanism. Simply put, your Safoowa price must be equal to your real price + any sales tax (as required in your country).

You can review your earnings via the Vendor Dashboard (earnings are updated when orders are marked as completed). You can withdraw your earnings (minus the GirlTable commission & payment processing fee) at any time once an order has been fulfilled (marked completed and shipped - with the tracking code included).

You ship your products to the customer’s address once notified of an order. You confirm order fulfillment (and provide proof of shipping with tracking codes where applicable) via the Vendor Dashboard.

You add your products (i.e. images, descriptions, current quantities (inventory), sizing, weight, pricing, shipping options, and much more) via the Vendor Dashboard. To ensure design and quality control, we will review and approve each product (within 24 hours).

Any photos and videos of products you upload should be high quality, high resolution photos/videos. You give GirlTable, Inc. the licence to advertise (feature) your products on your behalf on social media and other platforms*. GirlTable, Inc. reserves the right to refuse to approve any product that is deemed (by us) to be of poor quality or is considered offensive in any way, shape, or form.

*:The choice about which products are featured on social media is solely at our discretion. Not all products are promoted.

You can cancel your Vendor status at any time, so long as you don’t have any outstanding orders. Outstanding orders must be completed or money refunded prior to cancellation.

We also have the right to suspend your store at any given time if (a) you misrepresent the nature of your business, OR (b) you receive (over a twelve-month period) consistently negative reviews from consumers (reviews are aggregated; total store review must not be 2 stars or less).

Our chosen currency is the United States (US ) Dollar. You must price your products in US Dollars and you will be paid out in US Dollars (note: unless you connect a US Dollar bank account, your bank will automatically convert your incoming funds into your local currency). It is your responsibility to ensure that your bank account can receive international wire transfers and complies with any local legislation regarding online payments.

The initial registration to sell on Safoowa constitutes an application to sell on Safoowa. The information you provide in the application will be used to determine your suitability to sell on Safoowa. It is your responsibility to present yourself (or your business) in the best way possible to help us to determine suitability for the marketplace. We (GirlTable, Inc.) reserve the right to refuse to approve any vendor that we deem unsuitable for our marketplace.

Your vendor application, and continued usage of our marketplace (Safoowa) as a vendor constitutes your acceptance of all the Key Points set out here and at shop.safoowa.com/terms-of-use.
